Lantern Superstore Rooflights have been hand selected for their superior performance and safety. The Brett Martin powered opening flat rooflight is available made to order and in a variety of standard sizings, ranging from 600mm to 1200mm. Both square and rectangular designs are available in our range of sizings and glass options.

DESIGN

The rooflight’s sleek and simple design maximises daylight in any living area, and has been designed for maximum performance in both safety and thermal comfort. By simplifying the design and strengthening durability, the rooflight also provides a super-fast installation in with no hassle.

This rooflight has a powered opening to allow for ventilation. The opening is operated with either a switch, remote control or remote and rain sensor. The opening hatch provides easy and quick access to create airflow in your living area. Ideal for kitchens or rooms that get lots of solar gain.

INSTALLATION

The rooflight is particularly popular for its ease of installation- with the ability to be fitted in less than 20 minutes!

Rooflights are installed to harness sunlight, reducing the need of artificial lighting during the day. Whether you opt for manual, powered or fixed openings, the installation process is easy to follow.

UPSTAND REQUIREMENTS

The Rooflights are intended for installation onto a fully weathered and insulated builders upstand on flat and low pitched roofs. For aesthetic reasons we recommend that the upstand is build with 0 degree pitch (ie. not parallel with the pitched roof surface). The rooflight can accommodate being installed on an upstand with a pitch of up to 5 degrees but please note this may result in a lopsided appearance.
